Q1: Can I use my China UnionPay card?

A: Yes, you can use your China UnionPay Card at some stores.

  • This service is not available at all stores.

Q2: Where can I exchange foreign currency?

A: Foreign currency exchange is available at Travelex at the northeast entrance on the ground floor.

Q3: Will staff be able to help me in a non-Japanese language?

A: Some of our attendants will be able to serve you in English and/or Chinese. Also, certain stores have
some Chinese-speaking staff.

Q4: Can I use my credit card?

A: Yes, Visa, JCB, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted.

Q5: Can I rent a stroller for my baby?

A: Yes. Free stroller rentals are available at the Information Desk on the 3rd floor.

There are 2 types of strollers.

Age range: 1 month up to 2 years
Age range: 1 month up to 4 years

  • Only a limited number of strollers are available.
  • Strollers cannot be reserved in advance. Please inquire at the Information Desk about availability.

Q6: Is tax-free shopping available?

A: Some stores offer tax-free shopping. More stores are planning to introduce tax-free shopping.

Q7: Is there a drugstore?

A: Yes, the drugstore Matsumoto Kiyoshi is on the 2nd floor.

Q8: Is there a loading/unloading zone for large buses?

A: There is a loading/unloading zone for large buses, but not a parking lot. Please use a parking lot nearby if you need to park.

Q9: Is there a Uniqlo?

A: Yes, Uniqlo is on the 5th floor.
